Haitong Bank has successfully organized a sale of 40m shares of GetBack S.A. in the initial public offering valued at PLN 740m. Half of the proceeds from the IPO resulted from the sale of new shares issued by the company in order to finance its development in Poland and abroad. GetBack S.A. debuted on the Warsaw Stock Exchange on 17th July 2017. Allocation in institutional tranche amounted to 37m shares, whereas individual investors acquired 3m shares. Subscriptions for GetBack’s shares in retail tranche lasted from 26th June to 3rd July, while the bookbuilding process among institutional investors took place from 19th June to 4th July.
