Haitong Bank won in the category of Best M&A Deal in Europe, having submitted the following Deal: Transaction between Yildirim Group, as the Acquirer, and the Sellers, Mota-Engil SGPS, S.A. and Novo Banco, S.A. in the sale of the Ports and Logistics Business (Tertir).
