FIXED INCOME SYNDICATION
Responsible for the coordination and liaison between Sales and Capital Markets teams, the main goal of this area is to support pricing mechanisms, participating in the structuring and execution of capital market transactions and in the identification of new opportunities.
This role allows for a greater efficiency in the pitching and execution of transactions.
INSTITUTIONAL STRUCTURED PRODUCTS
The primary goal of the structured products department is to find, in conjunction with the Client, solutions that are tailor-made to individual needs reflecting a clear vision of the market, risk profile, product maturity and expected returns.
Founded on in-depth knowledge of both the Clients and the dynamics of structuring solutions for each asset class in the market, the team strives to maintain a long term relationship with our Clients based on the principles of professionalism, value creation and execution capacity.
The Corporate Solutions' main goal is to offer and implement solutions in accordance to the needs of these clients, hedging market risk exposures on the balance sheet.
For companies with excess cash, this area also presents structured products’ solutions for optimisation of its resources.
Team specialised in European credit risk and emerging markets, including an Asian and LatAm expertise, with the goal of supporting the secondary flow for Clients, supporting pricing of new issues, developing new ideas and trading strategies as well as actively participating in the structuring of new products.
