Extel awards is one of the major award events for the European Asset Management industry, a survey in which more than 11,000 investment experts across Europe participate. The Extel Survey is the largest study of its kind worldwide, casting more than 906,000 votes. The outcome of the 43rd edition of this event was announced at the beginning of June.
Both individual PMs and AM teams per country are voted in Extel awards' survey.
Haitong Asset Management ranked 2nd in Portugal, improving last year's third position achievement.
When looking at individual PMs, the ranking was made of 22 professionals from institutions present in Portugal voted out of the entire industry. Haitong Asset Management was able to secure three of its team members in the Top5 positions.
