Haitong Bank Warsaw Branch acted as the co-arranger and the co-guarantor, together with mBank, and placed the issue of Cognor S.A., one of the largest steel processing companies in Central Europe. The bond issuance with a total value of PLN 200 million was aimed at institutional investors.
