Haitong Bank Warsaw Branch acted as the Financial Advisor to Zhejiang XCC Group Co.,Ltd., an enterprise specialized in the production of bearings listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. XCC acquired 100% shares of FŁT Polska Sp. z o.o. – which operates in the production and sale of industrial bearings – from its shareholder Boryszew S.A., and acquired the trademarks owned by SPV Impexmetal sp.z o.o., whose shareholder is also Boryszew.
The Share Purchase Agreement was signed by both parties on 27th July 2021 in Warsaw. The transaction value was PLN 100 million.
