Haitong Bank Warsaw Branch has acted as the Sole Financial Advisor to Lerg-Chem Sp. z o.o. – a Polish-based synthetic resins manufacturer – in the acquisition of 100% shares of Elana PET, owned by Boryszew S.A.
The acquired company Elana PET specializes in the construction of machines and steel structures and in PET bottles’ recycling and strength testing. It also focuses on the relocation of machines, assembly lines and plants.
