Haitong Bank took part in the acquisition of Golpasz S.A.

Haitong Bank Warsaw Branch settled the transaction of the acquisition of 100% shares in Golpasz S.A. by providing transaction settlement services. Golpasz, one of the Polish leaders operating on the animal feed market, was sold by the leading private equity fund Resource Partners to the Royal De Heus Group, which is the global expert in the field of animal nutrition.
