Remuneration Policy

The Remuneration Policy of the Management and Supervisory Bodies of the Bank is established by the Salaries Committee based on the proposal submitted by the Remuneration Committee, also being approved by the Bank’s General Meeting.

The Remuneration Policy of the Management Staff of the Bank (Senior Managing Directors), Managing Directors, Executive Directors, Vice-Presidents, Assistant Vice-Presidents and Managers (Management Staff) is approved by the Bank’s Executive Committee.

The members of the control functions and human resources teams work closely with the Executive Committee in the process of defining the Remuneration Policy.
