Remuneration Policy

The Remuneration Policy of the Management and Supervisory Bodies is defined by people with functional independence and adequate technical skills, including people working in the legal, control functions and human resources areas, in close collaboration with the Remuneration Committee and submitted to approval by the Bank’s General Meeting.

The Remuneration Policy of the Identified Staff (whose professional activities have a material impact on an institution's risk profile) is approved by the Board of Directors.
