The Banking sector is focusing its attention to the visit of Portuguese stock listed companies to London. Haitong took 13 listed companies in the PSI-20 to the London financial centre, hosting its annual Iberian Conference.
The event brings together companies and joins more than 100 institutional investors. The interest is " extremely great," says José Maria Ricciardi, CEO of Haitong Bank. The Iberian Conference has become Haitong’s flagship event and now is in its fifth year. It is designed to address the investment choices, challenges and changes that institutional investors face in the Iberian market.
The two-day conference attracts around 30 companies from a variety of sectors in the Portuguese and Spanish markets. Haitong gathers nearly 200 leading fund managers at Haitong's London office to discuss the key issues concerning the Iberian market, especially after the austerity programs.
The Haitong Iberian Conference provides a forum for European institutional investors to meet Iberian management, to help optimise investment decisions.
