Structured Finance - King Street and Arrow Global

Haitong Bank acted as Mandated Lead Arranger in a EUR 60 million Term Loan Facility to King Street (primary sponsor) in connection to the partial funding of the acquisition and development costs of Phase 1 of Project Metropolis (branded “Campo Novo”). Campo Novo is a real estate project (residential, offices and retail) located in Campo Grande, Lisbon with above ground construction of appr. 80,000 m2. The project is being managed and developed by Norfin, a subsidiary of Arrow Global.
