Capital Markets - Futebol Clube do Porto – Futebol, SAD

On June 7th, 2023, Futebol Clube do Porto – Futebol, SAD concluded a €55,000,000 public bond issue ("FC Porto SAD 2023-2026"), through a subscription offer in the amount of €37 million, and an exchange2 offer on the outstanding FC Porto SAD 2021-2023" bonds, in the amount of €18 million. Final demand reached over €75 million, i.e. 1.37x of the issued amount.

The new bonds have a fixed rate coupon of 6.25% p.a., payable semi-annually, and a 3,5 year maturity.

Haitong Bank acted as Sole Global Coordinator in this transaction and is also the paying agent.
