Haitong Bank, Macau Branch acted as the Joint Global Coordinator, Joint Lead Manager and Joint Bookrunner of Quan Cheng Financial Holdings (BVI) Limited’s USD 283 million bond issue guaranteed by Jinan Financial Holding Group Co., Ltd., with a coupon of 6.30% and a 3-year tenor.

The net proceeds from the Bonds are intended to be used for refinancing.
