Capital Markets - Futebol Clube do Porto – Futebol, SAD

On April 2, 2025, Futebol Clube do Porto – Futebol, SAD successfully concluded a €50 million public bond issue (“FC Porto SAD 2025-2028”), through a subscription offer in the amount of €23.9 million and an exchange offer on the outstanding “FC Porto SAD 2022-2025” bonds, in the amount of €26.1 million. Final demand reached €58.44 million, i.e. 1.17x of the issued amount.

The new bonds have a fixed rate coupon of 5.50% p.a., payable semi-annually, and a long 3-year tenor, maturing on the December 2, 2028.

Haitong Bank acted as Sole Global Coordinator in this transaction and is also the paying agent.
