Corporate and Project Financing - Ziraat DPR Finance Company, Ltd.

Haitong participated as Lender in Ziraat’s new primary issuance under their DPR programme of USD 1.0bn. The issuance is rated BBB- by Fitch given the strong collateral and structure of the programme.

Ziraat is the largest bank of Turkey by total assets with c.$150bn as of December 2024.
