Capital Markets - Mota-Engil, SGPS, S.A.

On 11 December 2023, Mota-Engil, SGPS, S.A. successfully concluded the issuance of €50,000,000 Sustainability-linked notes, with a long 4-year tenor and a fixed coupon of 7.25%.

The notes were placed with qualified investors through a Private Subscription Offer in cash and/or in kind, through the exchange of (i) “Mota-Engil Notes 2024” and/or (ii) “Mota-Engil Notes 2026”.

The Mota-Engil 2028 Notes are sustainability-linked notes insofar as Mota-Engil undertook to promote the improvement of 1 KPI (lost time injury frequency rate) with a view to achieving a SPT by 31 December 2026.

Haitong Bank acted as Sole Global Coordinator of this transaction, and is also the Paying Agent.
