Haitong Bank acted as Mandated Lead Arranger in a EUR 43.4 million Syndicated Senior Loan to Capwatt DDP, a subsidiary of Capwatt, S.A., in connection with the acquisition of six cogeneration plants located in Spain, and as Sole Arranger in a EUR 3 million Bank Guarantee Facility.
