On September 25th, 2026, Mota-Engil, SGPS, S.A. successfully concluded the reopening of its issue of “Mota-Engil 2026-2031 Sustainability Linked Bonds”, in the total amount of €32,999,750 placed through a private placement.

The new notes are fungible with the existing notes issued by Mota-Engil on 22 May 2026, bringing the total outstanding amount of “Mota-Engil 2026-2031 Sustainability Linked Bonds” to €142,999,750.

Haitong Bank acted as Joint Global Coordinator in this transaction.
