Haitong Bank, S.A. reports first half 2023 Results

On August 29, Haitong Bank, S.A. published its results for the 1st half of 2023, reporting a net profit of 4.5 million euros. This result represents an improvement compared to the same period of last year, and on a year-on-year basis, the Bank's financial margin more than doubled, from 7.9 million euros to close to 16.5 million euros. Banking income reached 35 million euros, increasing 60% compared to the same period of last year, while the return on equity (ROE) went from -1.5% to 1.4%.
