Haitong Bank’s Warsaw Branch participated in a syndicated loan facility and granted finance for Unimot Investments Sp. z o.o. - part of the Unimot Group - an independent Polish importer of liquid and gas fuels.
Syndicated loan participants also included mBank S.A., Bank Pekao S.A. and PKO Bank Polski S.A. The total amount of the syndicated loan facility was PLN 320 MLN.
