In a FundsPeople magazine article on the most profitable funds in Portugal during the past three years, Haitong Bank’s White Fleet III Haitong Aggressive Fund and the White Fleet III Haitong Flexible Fund were ranked as the most profitable in their categories.
In the aggressive multi-asset funds category, the fund with the highest three-year annualized return of all categories is White Fleet III Haitong Aggressive, whose three-year annualized return reaches 7.68%. In this mixed fund, the European equities component weighs at least 80%. It is thus considered a dynamically managed exposure fund in European equity markets. “We are not always 100% invested in shares, we can invest in other asset classes, and we use liquidity as a risk reduction instrument with some frequency and breadth”, said Gonçalo Mendes de Almeida, manager of this product distributed by Haitong Bank, in an interview to FundsPeople earlier this year.
In the category of flexible multi-asset funds, the highlight is also a product from Haitong Bank - the White Fleet III Haitong Flexible, which has a three-year annualized return of 4.46%.
