Successful debut of Ten Square Games on the Warsaw Stock Exchange

The Polish unit of Haitong Bank acted as Sole Offering Agent, Coordinator and Bookrunner in the IPO process

Ten Square Games, one of the largest developers of “free to play” mobile and browser games in Poland, debuted on the WSE on the 11th of May 2018. Its public offer comprised about 2m existing shares, offered by the founders and part of the existing shareholders of the Company.

Haitong Bank raised investors' orders for the purchase of all offered shares of Ten Square Games at the price of PLN 46 per share. Total IPO value amounted to PLN 94m and covered 28.1 percent of the Company’s capital. During the debut the share price reached PLN 52.2, which implies 13.5 percent increase compared to the Offer price.

The Offer generated significant interest among individual and institutional investors in Poland. All shares of Ten Square Games entered the stock trading on the WSE, with the qualification of the existing lock-up agreement signed by the current shareholders. Ten Square Games is the 479th WSE-listed company and 4th debut on the main market in 2018.
